We’re fully aware that we’re only as good as our last job. So we’re very focused on making sure we provide a first class service, at all times. Our team of expert handyman abide by a professional Code of Conduct, and their performance is regularly measured by surveys we conduct with customers. But, they’re human, and so very occasionally things don’t go quite to plan – if that does happen rest assured we’ll resolve the matter swiftly and with the minimum of inconvenience.
